Is the visualizer heavy on the CPU or GPU?
The richer presets are GPU-accelerated and can be noticeable on older hardware. Switch to a simpler spectrum preset if you see fan spin-up.
Can I use it while the video tab is showing?
The visualizer takes over the media area, so it is best paired with the Video Toggle plugin set to song mode.
